PT Inovasi Duta is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Telemarketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in the sales process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing product information,Assisting in the sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records,Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns,Working with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing campaigns,Monitoring and reporting on call metrics and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or telemarketing role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
