Seed Urban Lestari is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and competitive packages.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven experience in managing a team and handling complex HR issues.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
