📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
