The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Manage the accounting software and ensure its optimal use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
