In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our purchasing processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.,Manage the entire purchasing process, from supplier selection to order fulfillment and payment.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive and favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to optimize stock levels.,Evaluate and manage supplier performance, quality, and delivery times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
