📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for the hiring process.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
