📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
