Sehati Rama Computer is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our company's fleet of vehicles. You will work closely with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure that our vehicles are always in optimal condition and ready for use. This is a remote position, but you will need to be available for occasional on-site visits to Malang, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Work closely with drivers to ensure they are following safety protocols and maintaining high levels of performance.,Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.,Monitor and track vehicle usage and expenses, and prepare reports for management.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary paperwork is up to date.,Work with other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that they are being used efficiently.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for fleet management, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
