📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network with potential customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
