📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network infrastructure and security,Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
