In this role, you will be responsible for processing visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process visa applications accurately and efficiently,Verify applicant documents and ensure compliance with immigration regulations,Provide excellent customer service to applicants and stakeholders,Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate visa approvals,Maintain accurate records of visa applications and approvals,Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies,Assist in organizing visa-related events and workshops,Handle visa-related inquiries and provide guidance to applicants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or a related role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with visa processing software and systems,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
