📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and submit medical insurance claims using billing software such as Practice Fusion or NextGen.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve billing issues with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Negotiate payment plans and discounts to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Monitor accounts receivable and provide regular reports on collection status.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers and insurance companies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in medical billing regulations and insurance policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and collections.
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CMB, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficient in using medical billing software such as Practice Fusion, NextGen, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
