📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development and training.,Assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is an asset.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
