NOKIA Pratama is seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Seminyak, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our patients, assisting the nursing staff, and contributing to a positive and efficient healthcare environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment.,Perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with medications, and monitoring patient conditions.,Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of care provided.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as directed by the nursing staff.,Promote a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a tidy work area.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.,Report any concerns or issues related to patient care to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or certified nursing assistant (CNA) program.,Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or equivalent.,Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.,Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols.
