📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required
