📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls and cargo operations.,Monitor vessel performance and maintenance, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including crew performance and incident reports.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations.,Promote a positive and safe working environment for the crew.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cargo operations and port procedures.,Good physical fitness and health condition.
