📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare ingredients and food items as required by the Head Chef.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
