CAST Ekspansindo is looking for a skilled Deputy Finance Admin to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department in various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. If you have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements,Maintaining and updating financial records and databases,Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents,Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities,Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings,Providing administrative support to the finance manager,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Assisting in the coordination of financial audits and reviews

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus
