📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
