📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
• Set and achieve sales targets, and drive team performance
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
• Train and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve store performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the fashion retail industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools
