📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
• Support HR events such as orientations, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Availability to work in Bali for the duration of the internship.
