Base Seed Corporindo is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Coordinate with management on staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Assist in the development of training programs for employees.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
  • Valid SIM (Driver's License) and KTP (Identity Card) required.
