📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Represent the company at local events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or service-oriented environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
