📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring vital signs.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assess and document patient conditions, including symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment progress.,Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care plans as needed.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit, including supplies and equipment.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to ensure quality patient care and a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active registration as a registered nurse with the relevant healthcare board.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
