This role is perfect for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or contract negotiation, who thrive on managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless procurement processes for our tech infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process for IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on technical specifications, pricing, and service quality.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities using tools like SAP or Oracle Procurement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT procurement.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for IT procurement activities.
• Provide regular reports to the procurement team and management on procurement activities and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or contract negotiation.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP or Oracle Procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
