📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests.
  • Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting in the management of kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Participating in training and development programs.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Assisting in the hiring and training of new kitchen staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
