📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Monitor and control the financial performance of the company,Handle budgeting and financial planning activities,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations
