🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native-level proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in an online or classroom setting.
• Experience using virtual classroom platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.
