📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in vessel scheduling and planning using Vessel Scheduling System (VSS)
• Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations
• Monitor and report on vessel arrivals and departures
• Assist in cargo handling and documentation using Cargo Operation System (COS)
• Support the operations team in maintaining accurate records and reports
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the overall success of the operations team and the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of maritime operations and port procedures
• Familiarity with Vessel Scheduling System (VSS) and Cargo Operation System (COS) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Proficient in English and Indonesian languages
• Valid SIM (Sertifikat Profesi Maritim) or equivalent certification
