- Set appointments with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Follow up with clients to ensure appointment confirmations and rescheduling when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from appointment setting to sales closure.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of appointment setting efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outbound customer service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound customer service, appointment setting, or a related role.
- Proven track record of success in setting appointments and driving sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for client engagement.
