PT Inti Persada is looking for a Senior Inventory Staff to join our team in Tegal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory orders and deliveries,Implement inventory control systems and procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocks,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or related roles,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
