🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong background in operations management, with experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational management software is a plus.
