In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual and group mental health programs and interventions.,Provide direct clinical services to clients, including individual and group therapy.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated mental health care.,Develop and maintain treatment plans in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.,Educate clients, families, and the community about mental health issues and available resources.,Monitor and report on program outcomes, client progress, and service utilization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.,Licensed as a Social Worker or eligible for licensure in Indonesia.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health social work.,Strong clinical skills and experience in working with diverse populations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with mental health laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
