📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily food production.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dishes.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
