📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and knowledge.,Assess training needs and develop training materials and schedules.,Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in staff training.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new and existing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
