📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
