📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Mandarin language course curricula aligned with industry standards and student needs.
• Oversee the daily operations of Mandarin language courses, including lesson planning, instructor coordination, and student progress tracking.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.
• Manage student enrollment, scheduling, and course materials.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and instructors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language education.
• Promote our Mandarin language courses through various marketing channels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in language teaching or course management.
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5 or higher).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with educational software and platforms, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
